I have been working since 2014 as safety officer but didn't find any of the employees and management to adhere the EHS policy. There's no safety culture in theirs project.

Dislikes

Most of the employees are vantage and trying to less respect new employees. They haven't more littered supervisors & Site-In- charge.

Work Details

I am take care of Project Health & Safety. Monitor the activities and highlights the potential hazards, Implementing EHS policy at site during the product.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm working here more than 3 years, directors are very genuine type, policies are terrible, senior mates whoever working here they actually the way they think is completely wrong, junior mates are waiting for some situation to close someone. Otherwise everything is fine good. Important thing is company can develop and pay to their project manager if they are unprofessional or unexperienced also. So there's more scope. At the same time company won't think about how old employees will affect if they appoint unprofessional. So I like all these things.... Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
