Hi, I am working in until 4 years, so this company is very good, This is the Product based company. A product is Android Apps, Software, New Careers and so on.

Dislikes

Talk about for the company, Job security is good, salary is another company than less but good, work balance is ok.

Work Details

Working Time is morning 9:00 to 6:00 Pm, This time is good working Purpose.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
