Being joined as a freshers I have learned a ton of things that I doubt I could learn from any organization. We've got some friendly managers and seniors who are there to help you out in any given situation. The management is dealing their best to make the employee happy, specially by introducing unlimited Cold Drinks, Snacks and others. The best part is that we have 5 working days only. Moreover, the leave policy is also flexible and you wouldn't be asked twice for reason of your leave. And last but not the least, Salary gets credited on time. Being a Fresher it is my immense pleasure to get the opportunity of learning from industry experts. The work environment is really good and i think it is only possible because of our Senior's mentorship and under the organizational cultural flagship.
