Likes

Place if you put your efforts you'll grow and lead and if want to chill no place for that. Continual work pressure and peer pressure is there to handle. If you can do it well no one can stop you to grow in ACG.

Dislikes

No work life balance and if try to find the same need to make strong compromise.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
