No future scope in the company, salary payment is too late almost after two months. Each and every employee feedback is to not to join the company. Company does not do the full and final settlement for resigned employees even after serving notice period.

Dislikes

No proper co ordination with employees, too much salary deduction and no explanation or reciept provided by the company, termination on immediate basis with no appropriate reason just because an employee asked for their salary details. Transfer of employees to far away site from their residence intentionally so that might they become a bit late and the company will either debit salary or terminate with their services. Management don't listen to junior employees....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
