Good work environment & culture. The company care for its employees. The management empowers to perform. There has been timely salary & bonus disbursement and salary increase every year. During Covid'19, the company followed the government guidelines to protect customers & its employees, strictly.

Change in management changed the work culture significantly. This has caused dissatisfaction. Career growth seems to be bleak.

Work life has been interesting. It was informative & educative. This has enabled to create process to cater high volume of Honda cars for service. All tools & equipments were available to improve technicians efficiency and resulted high productivity.
