Not much work pressure, decent people around and will leave individuals free to take responsibility and pay is decent compared to machine tool industry standards

No good work culture and there is negetive vibe all around the organization since there is no work life balance, reward and recognition missing and company is run based on shop floor work force command and not good for executives , there is no week off on Saturday but people come and simply waste time in office

Ace designers Ltd company is good, but IT team coordinator has an extremely bad attitude. He never helped with any work, and when approached with any doubts, he would just say "Resign and go". His behaviour led to four IT team members leaving the company. This person has caused the worst experience in my career, and iam also leaving because of him.
