The human resources personnel are absolutely non-copperative. They don't respond to any queries. Due to their mismanagement, many good teachers have left the company. The attrition rate among faculties is extremely high. It's high time we replace the entire HR personnel with people who treat other employees as humans and not as resources (non-living commodities which can be thrown or accepted at their whims)....Read More

Directors are really very good, tier 2 is the Worstest thing happening, these team will never ever pass the message to the higher ups, above all internal politics in tier 2,no value for talented ppl, they hr team blindly hires ppl without the details of the candidate, no proper support for internal transfer, respect for leaders I. E, Director they are Dr Sridhar Sir and Lalit madam,
