The owner, Mr. Vineet Taneja is a Leader not a boss. He supports and makes you learn while u earn. A very good company to learn and sharpen your skills.

Dislikes

Company trains you, offers good career growth. You learn new skills everyday. Only drawback while working was the 6 working days.

For initial start of your career its a good company for sales and design department . Skills will improve in these two departments for sure . Work life balance is satisfactory because management is supportive there .

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
