My suggestion to management will be to be good with those who are good and the org, should be run by just 1 director now because 99.9% of the employees working there are frustrated with having 2 directors , even I was and this became the reason why I LEFT.

-Huge salary delay -Poor infrastructure -No benefits, No increment, no incentives, No facilities at all -24*7 work culture, they will ask you to work anytime. -You will not have a permanent place to sit, they keep asking people to change their seats. -They put fine for unknown reasons, fine of 100 rs ,500rs, 1000 rs is like a fun game for them. -No special team or HR to prevent females for any kind of workplace harassment I am more disappointed than angry because I did only good to them, I hope they change and treat their employees well especially those who are working for them with all sincerity....Read More
