Likes

It was a good experience working with Accurex. Seniors are highly educated and very friendly with their juniors. No harassment at all. All work Happily there.

Dislikes

No work pressure. Freshers are trained under seniors and training period is of 6 months depending upon Freshers performance. Managers value an individual effort and their suggestions.

Work Details

My work was to do laboratory practice and carried out test at each step of manufacturing according to quality standards and make sure that product is safe and quality meets intended requirement of the customer.

Work days: Monday to Saturday

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
