My current job is good fit for me because of the working environment and culture. I am surrounded by passionate and motivated people to do their best work. However, now that i've mastered the basics my specific role has become repetitive. My perception is that the management tends to be slow when it comes to assigning new tasks and handling over additional responsibilities. As a result, I don't always feel like my role is challenging enough to keep me challenged. I feel i can learn more and grow if I'm challenged more.
