All directors are cool and polite Office interior is good

Dislikes

Lack of management not a handle a single function in proper management Too much Salary delayed Seniors behave like they are brave but actually not.new joining suffer a lot for proper training Lots of politics in department Not a proper service to customer medical insurance, paid meternity leave not available all rules against govt policies You have to ask HR about company policy otherwise they are not interested to explain you....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
