Working with new technologies Working with my onsite clients gives me good exposure & learning Enjoying a very good relationship with all the client team members Learning Curve has gone very high for me in this one year of my tenure here.

Dislikes

Role wasn't defined properly for me within team and so there cropped up a lot of politics like why-only-you-?, why-you-take-ownership-responsibility-? & etc etc.. and I settled down with that came my way to avoid conflicts with team. Very harsh, Abusive , disrespectful, finger-pointing words exchanged BLATANTLY on Scrum calls This has given me very unhappy & struggling working hours at AccionLabs ==> Again this is about people in team and not company and yes nothing much on Company as the higher management treatment is very decent and professional. But it's a relief if company takes care not to give RIGHTS\ROLE\AUTHORITY to these kind of toxic people, who behave impartially within team (like giving more visibility to OR involving only their preferred person in important meetings & engagements ......Read More

Accion labs flexibility of talking upper management and people around. Flexible timing

Dislikes

Accionlabs now recruiting bossy people, who treat you like school kids. They don't even give a farewell and just end your day. Very bad compensation. They would circulate mails to give gifts but without informing employees they will cancel it also. They would never appreciate or compensate for your work. They will not provide outings to employees, and without informing they will cancel.

I liked the people in your team work with you. You have a good job security, they give you ample opportunity. Even people has performed poorly, still they have been given opportunity to improve themselves. Your personal priority are respected highly . They provide flexibility of working hours.

Dislikes

What I don't like is the preparation company does in terms of new project. They recruit people in hurry where it creates tremendous pressure for delivery and new people who has been recruited also. But management backs you with whatever they can.
