Never join in this company. They are unprofessional and unethical. Most of the people in management and legal behave arrogantly with bad attitude, especially legal advisor - Mahi Bala. she treat people very rude and nasty. She yell at the employees with derogatory words. If the management don't like you they will frame allegations on you, from there Mahi Bala will pitch in and get off her past life trauma on you with malevolence without even knowing anything about you. I never seen a women with such mental issues and I could not believe how such people are working in a corporate environment for more than a decade and how board of directors didn't even notice or identify them which concludes the poor standard of the company....Read More

No market revision on salary for existing employees. Most the employees are moving out half heartedly only because of salary concerns. Access can gain more loyal and stabilized employees if a market revision on salary was provided. This can be done atleast for the employees who work for more than 5+ years.

Some of the TL are friends if u have a bad luck your will end up with phyco TL and manager tagging.

They are not even considered you as human , treating like a mechine which related to emotions of your will look deep low If you work hard you will get promotion depends on your TL , if TL had some favour on other partner what ever you do you will not get promoted

Salary was my biggest concern. I did not get enough help from my colleagues I mean the other team leaders. They speak behind my back a lot especially Arun S from foxtrot team in coimbatore. Sathish was my manager and he never helps anyone but takes credits for everything which is not okay for any employee.

Company gives you the space and opportunity to prove yourself with adequate support both technically and professionally.

Dislikes

The leaders are corrupted, always over thinking and cornering juniors. Career assassination and dirty politics is played and entertainment for few top leaders. Promoting they favourite players is common.

I didn't like the employee behaviour, the way the SME's and Team leaders treat the employees below them and also the internal politics by them..... I have been fired by them without any reason.

Some projects are really good and very few leaders support the employees

Work pressure. They don't provide leaves and ask us to compensate if we take any emergency leave too. No OT or quality incentives. They don't hire enough associates for the project and have fixed salary. Worst policies. Work pressure depends on the project and leader.

Access Health care is my 1st organization this is my base in Medical Billing. A very good base i have learnt in Acess and soo many things I have learned. Training team is soo good they are patiently teaching the process in very good manner.And very good team I have worked.Excellent organization to work.

I have worked in denials team which was really awesome but after the denial project ended. I was moved to follow up were they made my life miserable by providing unachievable targets and always requiring work on extra claims without any additional pay.

What ever the employee works. If they extend the shift hours and work also. they won't recognise. In case we relieved with proper reliving they won't accept the X employee there again they will put rehire No. I don't know what concept they having. Any ways 🙏
