Work culture and Environment

No market revision on salary for existing employees. Most the employees are moving out half heartedly only because of salary concerns. Access can gain more loyal and stabilized employees if a market revision on salary was provided. This can be done atleast for the employees who work for more than 5+ years.

Some of the TL are friends if u have a bad luck your will end up with phyco TL and manager tagging.

Dislikes

They are not even considered you as human , treating like a mechine which related to emotions of your will look deep low If you work hard you will get promotion depends on your TL , if TL had some favour on other partner what ever you do you will not get promoted

Salary was my biggest concern. I did not get enough help from my colleagues I mean the other team leaders. They speak behind my back a lot especially Arun S from foxtrot team in coimbatore. Sathish was my manager and he never helps anyone but takes credits for everything which is not okay for any employee.

There is no job guarantee.. they are facing huge loss. Company is in debt.. Huge revenue client was very much disappointed of the services they got, partial process moved to omega.. TL and managers are worst, they don't care about employees, they will only think about themselves, there is no value for your work.. they will replace you as soon as possible if you have some issues with ur TL(Ranjith in dlf) he don't have any knowledge . He is TL because he is favourite to his manager. He don't have any skill.. utter waste company and Omega healthcare has great value and you will have job security...Read More

Dislikes

The leaders are corrupted, always over thinking and cornering juniors. Career assassination and dirty politics is played and entertainment for few top leaders. Promoting they favourite players is common.

The Director named Sivagnanam, made my life miserable. He was the main reason my health got deteriorated and I had constant panic attacks. He is so biased, uncultured and micro manager. Very friendly employees and encourages employees in doing various matrices and working facilities are good in various aspects and we can learn and gain knowledge in different forms. Mostly supportive and motivated team

Just they give good salary not according to market standards due to employee being abscond.

So many points 1. No work life balance 2.If you are joining access healthcare just forget about your family due to work pressure and no leaves. 3.If you want leave compensate that on Saturday it gets mandatory after you complete your ramp. 4.The negative surrounding around you in ensemble denial project everyone just criticizing eachother for joining access healthcare from start of the day 5.As the day start with meeting with quality errors specifically mentioning names and making the employee uncomfortable for that error in front of everyone . 6.This point mostly specify seniors view as the tenured employees gets chance for being auditor. as most of them are leaving the organisation so even incomplete knowledge gets the chance So this are few points to keep you awa...Read More

There is no job security.I took ML and I asked for wfh for 3 months hence my baby is only 4 month old.Actually there is wfh in my project but they told me to come to office they unable to provide wfh.Then they terminate me and mentioned as they unable to reach me and also they told me that they provide wfh but I refused to work there.How worst they were.If they provide wfh then why I have to quit.I'm unable to digest the lie they wrote in that mail....Read More

Appraisal percentage an average of 10%

Dislikes

If your manager dissatisfied in one occasion of your work in a year like one in hundred. They will cancel your appraisal. You will not get appraisal for that whole year. And no leaves are permissable and you must work in holidays..no work life balance.
