Very poor appraisal cycle. Low interaction with higher management. Poor office culture. No company outings. No Team Lunch/Dinner. Poor reimbursement for work anniversary or other rewards.

Learning opportunities for those who just entered RPA.

Dislikes

When the management was handed over to Indian management... Things became worst. Even in support projects time tracking and micro management made my entire team to look for another job. Mostly Indian team are only given support projects and 80 percent development is given to US team.

Trying to switch after 8 years

I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason. I never tried to switch but now due to family expenses I need to change companies in any conditions.
