It was like a ACC parivar, now it is loosing personal bonding's, Career growth is there, Salary as well as appraisal are on better side. No hidden agenda is there, everything is very transparent. Work environment as well as Job security is not to the initial levels. Overall ACC is coming downside from its earlier status known as friendly work environment.

Company's internal working and management decision making is extremely slow and poor which makes it difficult for sales team to sell the product in market. 4.
