Im manga Good environment.I worked in ahps sdnr.chairman is very dynamic and kindhearted .punchuality is must and should .he gives respect to teacher.they pay salary in time no need to wait for salary. I had very negative experience working at AHPS Satna. 1. Toxic Environment- The workplace culture is very toxic. There is no support from management and the overall environment is very stressful. 2. Salary issue-Salary was often delayed by 2-3 months. 3.Excessive working hours 4.Unprofessional owner-The owner of the organization exhibited characterless behaviour. 5.Poor management behaviour- The head of the management and principal lack basic communication and often speak disrespectful to staff and treat them as like servants. 6.Holidays work- most holidays and sundays are not observed as off days. 7. Bus duty-Teachers are also required to perform bus duty for 2hrs daily. 8.No job security-There is no job security, employees are frequently treatened with termination. 9. overburdened staff 10.
