All the employees there, are very friendly.. The biology team is absolutely fantastic as they always ready to help. Fresher may experience high workoad but over the time they will adjust and love to work over there. Thank to acadecraft to explore my skills and hire me as a biology SME.

You need to work 9 hrs a day, there are two things that I disliked about acadecraft 1. Time lag pay deduction 2. Production lag pay deduction.

Training is provided for only two days, after that you are on your own. As beginners no one can complete 12 questions a day that's a bit too harsh.

No work-life balance. A low salary is given for completing High targets. Salary is deducted based on a lag system. If you don't want your salary to be deducted, you have to work even on weekends and holidays to cover the lag.

Team mates are very supporting but the managers and upper management us not at all supportive. They are increasing the work and changing policies in this pandemic situation due to which employees have to suffer to pay-cuts, excessive work and stress without any word of appreciation.

Dislikes

The management is not supportive. They expect employees to do everything to achieve the targets without any help or support. They scold the employees in front of sll the employees and praise them in private. Targets are unachievable and promotions are only for management as strict and unacceptable norms are there for employee promotion.

Company policies aren't good. Poor management. Though one can learn a lot working in the company, but he/she has to work tirelessly to get paid good enough.

Nothing to be liked about. They pay you so little and get so much work done from the employee.

Everything from the director to the HR manager. They behave like dictators . Give unreasonable target and upon raising voice they they try fire out the one who do so. Really terrible work culture. They treat you like school students. Pointing out for for anything you do.

Disgusting management. They keep on rejecting files and incompetent QC persons to work with. They only read the file and work mechanically. They only reject files if they do not find the keywords. QC person doesn't even know about the subject topics and keep on judging files and rejecting them. Work culture is boring. A complete waste of time. Do not join this company.

Hectic. Boring. No growth and no prospect. They keep on hiring people with lower salaries. At the start they tell you that 15k is the salary. After selection,they say your salary will vary from 6-15k.
