The job culture is what I like the most about Acadecraft. The seniors treat you humbly with respect . The environment is clean and healthy. All my teammates are friendly and helpful in nature.

On a serious note, I have not liked anything about this organization.

Dislikes

I had a very negative experience with this organization. The company consistently finds different ways to deduct salaries and has an unspoken expectation for employees to work extra hours, even on weekends. Most importantly, there is a lack of clarity regarding the Key Result Areas (KRAs) for any role. Employees are often asked to perform tasks that are outside their job descriptions, with the only exception being mopping the floors. Furthermore, if you decide to resign, they have the audacity to use your name to withhold invoice payments. I strongly suggest that you consider leaving a gap in your resume rather than working for this organization. For freelancers, I recommend staying away from this company, as they are unlikely to pay you for your work....Read More

Don’t join this pathetic organisation, CEO is a typical dukaandar with absolutely zero understanding of anything. They will ruin your mental peace and career without any second thought. Also you cannot take breaks! An app called Hubstaff will monitor your timings and take screenshot of your screen every 5-10 mins.
