A ridiculous work culture with no cooperation from the management side. No growth no skill development programs are there. So i recommend not to join this company specially freshers.

Team mates are very supporting but the managers and upper management us not at all supportive. They are increasing the work and changing policies in this pandemic situation due to which employees have to suffer to pay-cuts, excessive work and stress without any word of appreciation.

Dislikes

The management is not supportive. They expect employees to do everything to achieve the targets without any help or support. They scold the employees in front of sll the employees and praise them in private. Targets are unachievable and promotions are only for management as strict and unacceptable norms are there for employee promotion.

Worst management, who is never concerned about you and never responds to you no matter how many times you tried to contact they will ignore you.

Horrible experience I had. I suggest you if anyone has any other job offer in less salary, so go for another company. Acadecraft deducts your whole salary and gives you three fourth of your salary.

The managers treat u like shit and get things done..u cannot expect empathy or considerate behaviour from them..they come after ur salary by setting High targets..in the event of non accomplishment of these targets, there would be salary deduction..u cannot expect to receive ur full salary at all and there will be 0 hike ..the work will be challenging and time consuming..so much internal politics and negative work environment. i would definitely nt recommend anybody to work over here...Read More
