Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Company will not supporting this covid 19 situation for staff's . company treating staff like an animals. They will not care employees. HR department is terrible . No salary hike at last 14 years.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Management and HR department doesn't care employees.very low salary. Last 14 years no salary increment. No career growth. Lots of Uneducated employees. Works are not proper. Not given proper training. No promotion. If you have recommendations then you get promotion and salary hike ( no need education certificate and experience ) .
