The company is provided the fire fighting systems at various industries such as pharma company. I am doing the work as sr. Project engineer at ABT security systems pvt ltd .

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Grouth is very slow & I want officially work and company have not any system for doing the project.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no person to guide. I learn everything on the site. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a teste of different roles within the same team
