Their work culture , late payment of stipends and salaries. Not giving leaves if a candidate need in emergency , the candidate should cover up for the leave they have taken , also covering up time of your are late for of the office for more than 15 mins

This review has been written by an intern who either absconded or was terminated for cause.
Majority of the candidates who intern with us leave on a very positive note and have a great work experience with us.
Some interns join and expect that as a part of the Work Culture they can sit at their workstations with ear phones plugged in and work while listening to music, keep phones at their workstation to check WhatsApp and do what it pleases.
Being a company that handles customer and candidate sensitive data we do not allow phones at workstation, don't permit earphones at work and some interns see this as freedom taken away from them and hence link this with work culture.
Interns are required to read their offer letters to understand the stipend payment date. Majority of the interns do not read the stipend payout date and then start complaining only to be directed back and told to reach the offer letter.
Interns are not allowed leaves except in cases of family emergency or exams. Often some interns choose to have an emergency every single week and hence leaves are denied. If someone on the team has one emergency per week it is a serious problem to have.
Interns are not permitted or eligible for leaves and hence all leaves are to be covered. The same is mentioned clearly on the Offer Letter under Schedule 1.
All companies that are in the services domain where productivity and delivery to the client on time is of paramount importance will require interns to cover up for loss of productive hours. If an intern is late one of days we do not insist for a cover up but if someone is a chronic or a habitual late comer then we have to ask them to cover up for loss of productive time.
It is important to notice the irony here - That the intern who has written this review has a problem with late payment of stipend (as claimed by him/her) but at the same time thinks that it is perfectly fine to come to the office 15 minutes late regularly and the company shouldn't ask them to cover up. We got to play it even.
When you as an intern are late to office then suddenly you expect that it is OKAY to do this but if the company is late (if at all) in release of stipend then suddenly it is NOT OKAY. We got to even it out somewhere.

They don't give stipend on time, don't give leave, if you take leave on any day with your reason they will call you on Sunday to cover that leave. Directors are not up to their words... Yaar berojgar raah jao pr aaese company mae kaam mtt kro.

Dear Ex-Colleague - Before you walk down the road of complaints and dislikes perhaps you should read your offer letter.
A lot of people who join a company do not read their offer letters.
An internship is not a job and hence stipend is not salary. Please review the schedule of stipend release before complaining that it is late.
A stipend is nothing, but a payment made to a trainee or a person - who is a learner - for living expenses. It is unlike a salary or wages which an employer pays to an employee. This 'stipend' amount is a pre-determined sum paid by the employer to aid offset expenses.
Some interns confuse internship with a job and hence confuse stipend with salary.
As a company we pay well over the average market and the statistics are available on Internshala.
At our current stipend rate, we pay better than 86% of the companies in Delhi NCR.
So, when you apply for an internship with Absolute People Screen Pvt. Ltd. you are assured that you are being paid a stipend that is better than what 86% of the companies in Delhi NCR pay to interns.
Please read your Offer Letter regarding leaves. Interns are not allowed leaves except for medical reasons or exams. We do not ask people to come on Sunday and work. Our office is closed on Sundays. The nature of our business is such that you cannot undertake any domestic verification work on a Sunday.

They are the ones who hire interns to do their whole work they only have 1-2 full time employees and all their work is being done by interns over there
Dislikes
work culture employees are not allowed to use their phone for the entire period until you are inside office and the amount of work there is trmendous and they are just paying 10000 per month and also 4.5% will get deducted as provident funds
