Responsibility is there, pressure is there, inernal politics is there, perception based ranking is there, support is not there. Still in the middle of my 15th year in this organisation. Greatful to this orgganisation for carrying me through

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
