Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but management is not transparent every time changing our deceign not replay properly.company police are good. Not giving a bonus and health insurance.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues career growth is slow.

I have The Company love it relation and I hope Great man because I am part of this company.

Compensation is decent, But growth is very slow. Because the work pressure is high but management not ok. I have ti work 12 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend work very challenging work breakdown resolve issues. And company not increments of growth in last three years. Its like working in a challenging environment. Everyday there will be a new type of problem which is good if you like to work in such environment and if one cant handle such pressure then it would be hard for him / her.
