1. Upper level management is very supportive 2. On time salary and incentives 3. Good learning experience for new joiners

1. No work- life balance for sales people (upper sales management tricks sales people to work on sunday as well) 2. No Growth and promotion as same sales person's are controlling sales division for last 5 to 10 years (They are having full control over upper and inside management team ) so for new salesperson don't have that much scope for growth 3.
