Great Campus, Great Facilities, Friendly Team, I have made good friends from this place.

Bad Management, Politics, Toxic Environment, Contractual employment, No Job Security, OHH there are many more... The Management is still Stuck in 70-80's and their working mode is also the same. For an organisation which showcases themselves that they preach all kind of values & culture to the children, They have forgot to follow them. Facilities provided were good, house, food, campus everything was good. For students as well facilities and culture is very good.

Dislikes

A very toxic environment to work, even the top management is comfortable commenting on your clothes. Very rude and offensive way of speaking with staff, salary cuts was a regular practice, management not open to change or new ideas. At certain point you start feeling like they own you because they pay you. Shouting at employees, calling them stupid/idiot/dumb in front of colleagues and even students. Abhyasa is the very best Residential campus. the values of abhyasa are excellent 👌 🙏. I worked as a matron from 2007 to 2015. Then 2016 to 2021 March 31 I worked as a student welfare manager. Dedication, integrity and hard work I learned from Abhyasa 🙏🙏🙏
