They hired me on adhoc basis for online teaching on fixed salary and they have not paid me salary at all...admin, academic co ordinator Mr rajeshwar is a person without ethics. He is not answering my calls and messages.

CAMPUS IS VERY GOOD GREENERY AND SPACIOUS ,GOOD SALARY,GOOD COLLEAGUES. IT IS 100% GOOD FOR HARD WORKING PEOPLE

The workshop and training which was continuing every year was excellent . there was a good scope for the teachers to learn new things.Apprisal system was also there .

Dislikes

the teachers were not getting any free time for their personal work.The job security was not there

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
