The company is excellent for skill development and learning.I loved to work in challenging comapny. I get utilize my accounting skill and knowledge to handle the accounts and finance of the company. Like to work with different new projects. Preparing the budget for the projects, recording the accounting transactions, preparing the reports and handling the audit of the projects and annual audit of the organization. Dislikes

Overall work of the comapny is good but the compensation is not on time. As salary is based on the projects fund, so it is not on time.some times have to work without compensation for 4-5 months.So, it is very difficult to sustain in daily life activities.
