Abhivyakti Foundation have familiar environment to all employees and very easy to work because the management is building capacity need based and also ongoing basis.

I worked more than 3 years with abhivyakti foundation that's the fact the organization is good so that's why I stay 3 years with single organization. I learn everything from abhivyakti because when I join that time I was fresher.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Conducive environment, here we r provided an opportunity to explore more.we r working in a team. There is no hierarchy.

Dislikes

Actually it's an NGO and we r working on the project funded by Government so sometimes we get our salaries late. Releasing of the funds take time of 3-6months.

Programme Management and my work is quite interesting becoz I get the opportunity to interact with different individuals and to know about them.
