I love the fact that I am a part of a abg team its always prideful for me because my Mechanical journey start from this company. And improved my technical skills. I am the very blessed person reason behind the squard of abgiens

Compensation is decent , but growth is very slow, high work pressure doesn't matter I have to work 18 to 20 hours straight that's my job but Compny fail with his poor management and bank loan failure this is the big mistake and spoil my dreams

ABG Shipyard's working location is at best position. Very near to city area. Job security is a major aspect of this company. Career growth is also good when company going well. Work environment is also good.

Regarding learning aspect, it's not good. Never arranged training for the employees.
