CEO did not even meet me to know what I have done for the company in means of setting the SOP single handedly and the Audits to get the company in the profit side by means of control introduced. He was influenced by the people around him before taking any decision. He should have met the person who has developed something for the company which was not there for 20 years.

It was always an accomodating company, with lots of team members who became good friends in the long run. Nothing negative to talk about. A very positive place to work at, and very fond memories. Very few companies where one work and enjoy!
