Dislikes

Adjustment problem is main thing and delay of salary without salary slip. So we r not getting any loan from any bank.

Work Details

Not well. Because as a manager doing all type of work in side job place I.e dusting, cleaning, box packing, bathroom cleaning, out station parcels packing upto night 1 a.m., serve the goods to customer etc.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
