They provide regular health checkups. If working in night shifts, cab facilities, free food and snacks. This is the some things i liked there.(i was in contract there)

No growth at all, too much politics, people in higher level will not let you grow, no proper designation, you just work like labour but can't expect anything from boss or Management. Because of management's obsession for cost-cutting employees suffered a lot. No team lunch, no team outing, no extra activites other then work. Just work and go. No monetary benefits for overtime workings. Totally demotivating environment. (News)After some days they are going to automate the processes, so bye bye to all hard working employees.
