Fake promises by leaders they backstab you by making fake promises giving there word that you will get promoted and then don't even inform you if you are not getting promoted. In my team every senior data scientist was earning less then a data scientist, To get the promotion you need to be a yes man if a project is unsuccessful the leaders don't take responsibility and look for scapegoat. My colleague got the best performer award and once the project went wrong and as leadership was looking for someone to blame in just 2 month from best performer he went into Performance review Plan Everyone knows no matter what you do in PRP they are going to fire you they just wont do it directly to make sure that there brand value is not getting impacted (Company with leaders who don't have a leg to stand upon)...Read More
