Abinbev has deteriorated over the years and no longer a safe workplace. The raises are less than 5% with significant layoffs happening across multiple functions with no job security . Work load is a lot with no recognition and overall not a good place to work at

No work life balance, if you are working 16hrs per day that is also less. You will ruin your health. Too much expectations from you, always there is a lake after so much hard work. Everytime negative feedbacks from manager and so much politics. Promotions are not a cup of tea, leave about promotion they will highlight one negative point and will put you on PIP.

Lot of time is spent in aligning on what the India office is suppose to do vs global counterparts. This leads to redundant work with less impact. Ownership expextation for team here is also low as there is always a counterpart to own the metric.
