Likes

People are very friendly and are helpful. Good Compensation and provides utmost care for the employee and their families in the situation of pandemic

Didnt had the learnings as expected.

Work Details

I was part Innovation brewery team at AB Inbev. We didn't had any development related task. We used to scout statrtup for the various usecases as provided, worked on market research and also worked on bringing in more startups to their accelerator program

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
