Tbh nothing. Still if I need to consider then I must say only because of I am getting paid on time and few benefits which is driving me to be with the company.

Things are very uncertain here. They don't value people.No proper communication neither any clear instructions you recieved from your seniors. People are not empathetic enough, leaders doesn't act like a leaders. Though not everyone but most of the leaders are following some similar kind of trend. Lot of time is spent in aligning on what the India office is suppose to do vs global counterparts. This leads to redundant work with less impact. Ownership expextation for team here is also low as there is always a counterpart to own the metric.

Abinbev has deteriorated over the years and no longer a safe workplace. The raises are less than 5% with significant layoffs happening across multiple functions with no job security . Work load is a lot with no recognition and overall not a good place to work at

My experience at AB InBev's NAZ OTC Tower was overwhelmingly negative. The company culture is plagued by toxic positivity, where genuine concerns are dismissed with hollow motivational phrases. Managers are incompetent and abusive, lacking basic leadership skills and process knowledge. They prioritize appeasing foreign stakeholders over addressing local issues, demonstrating a sycophantic and ineffective leadership style. The HR department is spineless, consistently siding with management and ignoring employee complaints. Work-life balance is non-existent, with employees expected to work 15-16 hours daily, leading to severe burnout.
