Tbh nothing. Still if I need to consider then I must say only because of I am getting paid on time and few benefits which is driving me to be with the company.
Things are very uncertain here. They don't value people.No proper communication neither any clear instructions you recieved from your seniors. People are not empathetic enough, leaders doesn't act like a leaders. Though not everyone but most of the leaders are following some similar kind of trend.
