Good cab facility. if you are a fresher, join and get promoted faster than other organisations.

multiple. in one word, if you are 5+ years of experience - join other places. and not the GCC ABinbev. corporate politics will lead to unnecessary searches for other jobs in 1-2 years. not stable, too many changes and no one has a long-term vision. if they get money from zones, they get work, if not you are laid off or moved to roles that you dont want.

The culture if the company is fine but it depends upon region to region just like every company. The salaries are on time.

Dislikes

The company takes decisions in very haphazard way and there is frequent restructuring every year. Moreover HR shows a very poor function taking no responsibility of interacting with employees and understanding grievances. The travel policies and TADA compensation is 10 years behind.

As per HR norms all things are good by Hr team.Like instantly clearing any issue to the frontline executives.Absolutely fine regarding HR policies .
