Fast paced culture, suitable for employees looking for a short stint to gain exposure in different domains. Growth opportunities are present and movement within the company is encouraged. Peer group is mostly young and is from all over India.

Dislikes

Highly competitive environment which builds a toxic atmosphere among the peer group. Long and unpredictable work hours with low job security (which is majorly dependent on stakeholder feedback). "Blame game" culture is prevalent, and colleagues seek to focus more on positive visibility rather than getting the work done</mark>. Most of the work is operational, with few projects. No proper on-job training from the company for freshers, and is expected to be done by senior members of the team. Company culture and transport facility is best in class. After the acquisition, the legacy leadership batch from accenture is a pain in back. Otherwise the company is great if such leadership be ignored.
