My team mates were the best people to work with.

Dislikes

Compensation is bad, but no growth prospects at all. Even after completing 3.5 years in the company, i wasn't appraised. Apart from the monthly salary, there are no benefits that an employee gets to take back home like no bonus, no increments, etc. Only responsibilities are bestowed on the shoulders of the employee but when it comesto raise or appraisal, the employee is chided that performance is not upto the mark. No policies or procedures in place. The company acts like a corporate but isn't one....Read More

The work is boring, as being a Hr Manager , recruitment was my main forte here. Nothing else other than that. And this becomes very monotonous.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
