No work-life balance (they can suddenly call off your week-off and call you and if you refuse, you’ll be made to feel bad about it). Hierarchy is only for papers, the owner takes every decision. (Nowhere like corporate) Too much work politics especially by old staff. No clarity about incentives or increments. (At the owner’s mercy). Sal<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">ary slip, only if asked. D</mark>on’t do PFs even on requesting. Offer you to sign up for retainership despite being employee. (Tax saving trickery) Stress levels are high, as they focus way too much on going out of the way for some elite clients and pampering them. So odd hours, random buttering and sudden changes in plans.
