No HR policies unnecessarily politics, no value for performer or good employee. Only 2-3 people working from the beginning and no other performer can work for long time due to these peoples. No ethics and systems for employees, system varies person to person. poor management. No leaves, no personal life. After 3 years working as a very good performer I got only rude words.
