Aashirwad Pharma owner is very decent and talk well for our employees. And I dont have to say any things.

Dislikes

There is no PF and ESI facilities for employees. because this is a just distributer.

I am working there as Sr. Sales Executive. And about my job profile "Customer convincing, sale of company product, maintaining the data of patients in computer.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
