Aarvi Encon Ltd is manpower sourcing solution company, it will hire you and depute you at their client location for work. Hence, getting job and compensation is only benifit and one time benefit from the company.

They dont address their employees, even working for their client, the grievance are not addressed, career growth is an issue as they depute the candidates. Its the client who takes the growth decisions whether it may be rise in pay or anything. Aarvi Encon Ltd. Is the mediator between the employee and the client company. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
