I worked at Buildings Division. My reporting manager is a lady. She is a pathetic person. If you join you will have to struggle impressing here. No need of talent and Skills, if the reporting manager likes you. You can simply sit and earn lakhs of rupees per month in this organisation. Apart from this, if you are fair and complex, you will have some extra recognition from the reporting manager. Reporting Manager is not even a Civil Engineering Professional but she manages everything by keeping assistants for each and every work. She actually doesn't do nothing, she simply drapes the nice designer sarees and dresses and make phone calls through intercom and asks the work which she wasn't given off. She will assign works to one individual and make other people to have credit by taking them to Client and telling them that these people have worked but really got worked by others. So, much partial about their old associates. They won't even work. All they want is other people work and all the time checking consultant role from them for their colleagues also. Project Manager is a QAQC professional doesn't even know how cracks and voids occur for a Structure. This very person decides who to stay and who not to stay in the Organisation. This Project Manager main assistant simply takes 120,000 per month Salary and not even work but comes to office just for chit chat with others. I don't how he have become a proof consultant/interview consultant. So, Guys please don't join this Buildings division in this company as your career will be ruined. Force employee to mark full present in Client office, but mark absent or leave in Aarvee internal attendance, so that money can be taken from client full and salry can be deducted. 9. Every person knows who is culprit, but of culprit would be from their people (belongs to their side ) than no enquiry, but if other than termination, cases etc. 10. In JJM UP, PM, DPM took bribe from contractors as comission openly, and signed bills without verification. 11. If you deny to pass bills, than PM/DPM self sign bill and sent for payment release and took money from contractor. 12. Comission is 0.5 percent of per bill 13. Aarvee employee going for site verification and took money near about 3000 per village, 3000 per PDI, 5000 per stage concreting, 3000 per tube well development. 14. They hire employee for only fullfill requirement of RFP. 15. No value of telented people in this organisation. 16. 3 month notice period and if you want to leave company with relieving letter you have to serve 3 months notice period even a peon jas to serve 3 months notice period, in market nobody is waiting for 90 days, so firstly you have to resign and take risk of unemployment than search jobs, inshort you have to remain unemployment for searching next job. 17. Work-life balance is perfect in this company. You cannot get work from home. Whatever work you do should be done in office. It's the best part.

Dislikes

Architecture team is worst. They don't see the hierarchy of employees. Managers does nothing dump all works on interns. They give lot of importance to NIT Graduates even though they just manage things. Even according to salary hierarchy so much politics will be involved.

I liked working under my line manager of Hyderabad office who are quite cooperative and helpful.

Upper Management is not promising. In my case Regional Director - North (Delhi office) has promised false commitment during retention effort on my resignation but couldn't fulfill. However, in the second instance when i resign he forcefully terminate my services without any basis to it.
