As a Civil Engineer there is nothing to like in Aarvee. They treat site engineers as second class employee.

In the Morning coordinator will call you and they will order them to go to site for clicking photo or visit railway bridges to count span etc. Coordinator doesn't know how to keep records and data safely for future use, they will ask to do same job for 3-4 times a month. Company don't have a proper HR manager to deal with, here coordinator is everything. They will ask you to pay for every site related expenses and you may get back those payments after 70-90 days if Manager shows some sympathy otherwise coordinator will not give a look at your payments. Work-life balance is perfect in this company. You cannot get work from home. Whatever work you do should be done in office. It's the best part.

Dislikes

Architecture team is worst. They don't see the hierarchy of employees. Managers does nothing dump all works on interns. They give lot of importance to NIT Graduates even though they just manage things. Even according to salary hierarchy so much politics will be involved.

I liked working under my line manager of Hyderabad office who are quite cooperative and helpful.

Upper Management is not promising. In my case Regional Director - North (Delhi office) has promised false commitment during retention effort on my resignation but couldn't fulfill. However, in the second instance when i resign he forcefully terminate my services without any basis to it. You will never be satisfied with salary and appraisal, even you will have 3 months notice period, no cost reimburse for relocation, our appraisal was with affect on April 2024 but appraisal received on Oct 2024.

Independent to work, not too much interference. Not any type of harassment regarding attendance & leave, getting regular salary in between 8th to 14th every month. Company is getting new work/contracts from different clients on regular basis.

Appraisal is filled up 9 months back but increment in salary not done till date. Communication gap between head office and site.
